All orders placed prior to 12pm Eastern time on a given day will ship that same day. We exclusively ship with USPS and tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder and ensure no email filters are active before contacting TFTESTKITS@GMAIL.COM for tracking information for your order. Refunds or replacements will be considered for items damaged in shipment or otherwise rendered unusable upon arrival.
